I had a question about my order and thought it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. Luckily, they got back to me quickly and the rep actually knew what they were doing. They kept it simple and didn’t make me jump through hoops. I’m usually skeptical with customer service stuff, but this went better than expected. I’d order from z1 again.

The install notes were actually helpful and got me through the tricky part faster than I expected. I’ll admit I thought they looked a little confusing at first, but once I slowed down, they were clear enough. Somehow I was annoyed and impressed at the same time. Got my car back together the same day, so I can’t really complain.

I got my parts really quickly and everything showed up with no issues at all. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, which made things so much less stressful. I’m really happy with how it all turned out

i mean, I ordered a few parts for my Z and everything fit exactly like it was supposed to. No guessing, no weird issues, just bolted right up and worked out great.

I ordered a few parts from Z1 Motorsports, they did a decent job keeping me updated. The shipping time changed once, which was a little annoying at first, but they actually explained what was going on, so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing. That helps a lot. I do think they could be a bit quicker with replies sometimes, but overall the communication was solid and the order went fine.

I got this recently, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember, but the fit was decent overall. At first I thought everything looked fine, then after checking it again later, I noticed a few rough spots in the finish. Not a huge deal, but definitely something I picked up on after a bit.

I ordered it sometime last week, or maybe the week before, I can’t remember exactly, but the tracking updated like it should and the package showed up right when it said it would. No issues at all...

The parts themselves look solid and seem well made, so no complaints there. My only issue was the vehicle fitment info. It showed that it matched my car in one place, but then another section felt a little vague, so I ended up double checking everything before ordering. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, the fitment details here aren’t quite as clear or confidence-inspiring. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be easier to understand.

I was starting to panic over my issue, but they helped fix it so quickly it felt like a tiny miracle. Super relieved and really happy with the experience!

Ordered a couple parts from Z1 Motorsports and the install instructions were easy to follow. Like I said, most of it was clear enough that I didn’t really get lost or have to guess too much. A few of the pictures could’ve been a little more close-up, and there was one part that took me a minute to figure out because it wasn’t explained that great. But like I said, I still got everything installed fine, just had to double check a couple things on my own. Overall it was a solid experience and I’d order from them again

I had a warranty issue and, to their credit, they got it fixed quickly without making it a hassle. I do appreciate how smooth the process was, but i was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the inconvenience. Still, the problem was handled fast.

The item showed up with a noticeable ding from shipping, which was disappointing. I was excited to get it, but seeing it damaged right out of the box was frustrating. I’d expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment from the seller about it.

I tried to order the parts I needed, but they were out of stock, which was frustrating. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over again, and it got annoying fast. I get needing security, but repeating the same checks multiple times made the whole experience more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I’ll give them credit, the parts selection is solid. But the actual shopping experience was frustrating. They make it seem like it’ll be quick and easy to find what you need, and that definitely wasn’t the case for me. The filters didn’t always narrow things down properly, and I kept getting sent around to different categories like I was starting over. Mobile was even worse, with slow-loading pages and a cart that felt clunky. I eventually got through it, but it took way longer than they make it sound like it should...

I started noticing some improvements after maybe 3 or 4 weeks, so overall I’d say it did what I was hoping for. The only downside was customer support took a while to get back to me, probably a couple days or so. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a bit frustrating at the time

The parts were packed well, which was nice, especially considering the box showed up with a dent in it. Somehow everything inside was totally fine and nothing was damaged, so I guess the packaging did its job better than the delivery experience did. Took off one star for the dented box, but overall it worked out.

They do have a solid range of aftermarket parts, especially if you’re looking for Nissan stuff. I was able to find most of what I needed, but a few things were out of stock and comparing parts wasn’t as easy as I hoped. When I tried to get a little help, I felt kind of dismissed, like my questions weren’t really worth the time. It’s not a bad place to shop, but the browsing and support side could definitely be better.

I needed a few OEM parts for my 370Z and ended up finding them quickly. The site was simple enough to use, and the whole thing was basically no hassle. Overall, a smooth experience.

Helpful? Yes. The sales guys were friendly and did help me out, but the replies took a bit longer than I expected. Fine overall, just wish the communication was quicker
